- 1 tube of refrigerated biscuit dough
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until it’s browned. Add the onion and bell pepper, cooking until both are soft. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices.
- Pour the beef mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese, then layer the biscuit dough over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
