- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings
Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties of your desired size, usually about a half-inch thick.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- If desired, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings, and serve while hot.
Notes
Let the cooked burgers rest for a couple of minutes before assembling to keep them juicy.
