Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers that are perfect for summer barbecues and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties of your desired size, usually about a half-inch thick.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. If desired, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  5. Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings, and serve while hot.
