Ingredients

- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil or grill the corn on the cob until tender, about 7-10 minutes.
- Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Spread the cheesy garlic butter generously over each ear of corn.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
