Description

A creamy and cheesy Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake that’s perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until everything is coated nicely.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the chicken and broccoli mixture. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Top the mixture with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, sprinkling generously.
  7. Bake it in your preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until it’s bubbling and the cheese is golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or garlic bread to soak up the creamy sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
