- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, which should take about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, or until they become tender but still crisp.
- Pour the soy sauce over the chicken and broccoli, then toss everything to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For best results, do not overcook the broccoli and consider making extra sauce for serving with rice.
