Description

A delicious and innovative pizza made with a chicken crust topped with fresh Caesar salad ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round or rectangular crust about ½ inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is firm and golden around the edges.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. Toss the chopped romaine with Caesar dressing in a large bowl.
  7. Top the warm crust with the dressed lettuce, shaved Parmesan, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed right after assembly; consider garnishing with extra shaved Parmesan and black pepper.
