- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round or rectangular crust about ½ inch thick.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is firm and golden around the edges.
- Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Toss the chopped romaine with Caesar dressing in a large bowl.
- Top the warm crust with the dressed lettuce, shaved Parmesan, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Best enjoyed right after assembly; consider garnishing with extra shaved Parmesan and black pepper.
