Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto the baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
- Add your desired toppings and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; freeze for 2 to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
