Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain it and set it aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the cooked chicken and spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts down nicely.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and crumbled feta cheese, tossing everything until fully combined.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  7. Serve the pasta warm, and enjoy!
