- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain it and set it aside.
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the cooked chicken and spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts down nicely.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and crumbled feta cheese, tossing everything until fully combined.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Serve the pasta warm, and enjoy!
