Ingredients

- 400 g tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 pieces chicken breast (about 500 g), diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 150 g spinach (fresh)
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring everything to a simmer.
- Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions, usually around 2-4 minutes for fresh or longer for frozen.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and creates a creamy consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the dish hot, and enjoy!
