Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the chicken through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
