- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the chicken through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
