- 1/4 cup hot honey

- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a simple breading station: place the flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs in a third.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Heat a good amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the chicken.
- Drizzle hot honey generously over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Serve hot, optionally drizzling with more hot honey.
