Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a simple breading station: place the flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs in a third.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat a good amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  9. Drizzle hot honey generously over the top.
