Description

A delightful dish featuring crispy chicken breasts topped with a rich garlic cream sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped spinach

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Set the chicken aside on a plate.
  5. Reduce the heat and toss in minced garlic; sauté for about 30 seconds.
  6. Stir in the cream, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese until smooth.
  7. If using spinach, add it now and let it simmer until wilted.
  8. Return the crispy chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic sauce over it.
  9. Let it simmer for another minute.

Notes

Serve with roasted vegetables, a fresh garden salad, or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
