Description

Delicious and healthy Cottage Cheese Wraps that are easy to make and versatile. Perfect for lunch, snack, or light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (fresh and at room temperature)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Dried herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and any optional seasonings in a blender. Blend everything for about 30 seconds until you achieve a smooth, pourable batter.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over low heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a little oil.
  3. Pour about ⅓ cup of the batter into the skillet, tilting it gently to spread the batter into a thin circle.
  4. Cook the wrap for about 3-5 minutes until the surface appears dry and the edges begin to lift. Flip the wrap and cook it for another 1-2 minutes or until it turns lightly golden.
  5. Remove the wrap and let it cool on a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining batter until you have around 4-5 wraps ready to go.
  6. Serve these wraps warm with your favorite fillings or toppings, and enjoy!
