Instructions

  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook, stirring frequently for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  4. Mix the soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), and rice vinegar in a small bowl to create a delicious sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the cooked vegetables and stir well to combine. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
