Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth. This creates a batter that’s perfectly fluffy and rich.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil to the pan. You want it hot enough that the butter melts but doesn’t brown.
  4. Pour a portion of the batter into the skillet, forming pancakes. You can make them as large or small as you like!
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown.
