French Dip Sliders

Description

Delicious comfort food featuring tender roast beef, caramelized onions, and gooey Swiss cheese, served with savory beef broth for dipping.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Beef broth
  • Swiss cheese
  • Horseradish sauce
  • Butter
  • Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the roast beef evenly on the bottom buns.
  4. Top with caramelized onions and Swiss cheese.
  5. Spread a thin layer of horseradish sauce on the inside of the top buns and place them on top.
  6. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix in seasoning, then brush it over the top of the sliders.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
  8. Heat the beef broth in a separate saucepan.
  9. Serve the sliders warm with the broth for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
