Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Roast beef
- Caramelized onions
- Beef broth
- Swiss cheese
- Horseradish sauce
- Butter
- Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef evenly on the bottom buns.
- Top with caramelized onions and Swiss cheese.
- Spread a thin layer of horseradish sauce on the inside of the top buns and place them on top.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix in seasoning, then brush it over the top of the sliders.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
- Heat the beef broth in a separate saucepan.
- Serve the sliders warm with the broth for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
