  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Fresh herbs (like cilantro or basil), for garnish
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until well blended.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the coconut mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  5. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
