Description

Delicious Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs made with juicy chicken, sweet pineapple, and vibrant veggies, perfect for barbecues and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes to soak up all those flavors.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat while the chicken marinates.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating for a colorful presentation.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked and has nice grill marks.
