- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. When it’s bubbly and fragrant, add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
- Toss in the diced chicken and cook until there’s no pink left, around 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, heavy cream, garam masala, cumin, and paprika. Mix everything well until combined.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro just before serving.
