Description

Delicious chicken wings coated in a sweet and savory honey BBQ sauce, perfect for gatherings and family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), or preheat your air fryer if you prefer that method.
  2. Mix together the honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the sauce until well-coated.
  4. If baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the wings on it. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. If using the air fryer, cook the wings for 25-30 minutes at 380°F (193°C), shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Once cooked through, toss the wings in any remaining sauce and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the wings rest post-cooking and pair with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
