- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, garlic, soy sauce, and melted butter.
- Add the chicken cubes to the mixture and marinate them for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Season the finished skewers with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
Notes
For an enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken longer. Ensure chicken reaches 165°F for safe consumption.
