Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, garlic, soy sauce, and melted butter.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the mixture and marinate them for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  5. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Season the finished skewers with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.

Notes

For an enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken longer. Ensure chicken reaches 165°F for safe consumption.
