Description

A vibrant and flavorful grilled chicken recipe with a tropical marinade of lime, orange, and pineapple juices, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Whisk together lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin to create a marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate overnight. Serve with coconut rice or tropical fruit salad.
