- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Whisk together lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin to create a marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate overnight. Serve with coconut rice or tropical fruit salad.
