- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix together the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side or bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through and juices run clear.
