Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or sweetener
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
- Sliced green onions (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Drain any excess fat as needed.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using) and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture inside lettuce leaves, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Kids will love assembling their own wraps! Serve with rice or kimchi for extra flavor.
