- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, pepper, egg, and crumbled feta cheese in a large bowl.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they’re cooked through and beautifully golden brown.
- Serve these warm with tzatziki sauce or in a pita.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with parsley or lemon wedges. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
