Description

Delicious and easy-to-make chicken meatballs packed with Mediterranean flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, pepper, egg, and crumbled feta cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Mix everything until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they’re cooked through and beautifully golden brown.
  6. Serve these warm with tzatziki sauce or in a pita.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with parsley or lemon wedges. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
