Description

A delicious blend of feta, mozzarella, spinach, and crispy tortillas that brings vibrant Mediterranean flavors to your meal.


Ingredients

  • Tortillas
  • Fresh spinach
  • Feta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tzatziki (for serving)
  • Fresh salad (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped red onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer the sautéed spinach, feta, and mozzarella on a tortilla.
  5. Top with another tortilla and cook on both sides until golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve with tzatziki and a fresh salad.

Notes

For a burst of flavor, sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving and add a squeeze of lemon.
