Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
