- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, ensuring both sides are covered.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- Add the rice and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Toss in the frozen vegetables and honey, stirring well to incorporate everything.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, pour BBQ sauce over it, and let it simmer together for an additional 5 minutes.
