Description

A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring kielbasa, colorful vegetables, and a sweet honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pan.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Toss in the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Mix together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the kielbasa and veggies, stirring to coat.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes
