- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pan.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the kielbasa and veggies, stirring to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Serve with rice or noodles to soak up the sauce. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
