Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Thinly slice the zucchinis into rounds, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick.
- Mix the grated parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the zucchini slices in the cheese mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil for added flavor, if desired.
- Bake for about 60 to 90 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden.
