Description

Deliciously crunchy oven-baked zucchini chips, coated with parmesan and garlic for a satisfying snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Thinly slice the zucchinis into rounds, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Mix the grated parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Toss the zucchini slices in the cheese mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil for added flavor, if desired.
  7. Bake for about 60 to 90 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden.
