Instructions
- Begin by cooking the Italian sausage in a large pot over medium heat. Stir it around as it browns, and once it’s cooked through, remove it from the pot and set it aside.
- In the same pot, toss in the chopped onions, carrots, celery, and minced garlic. Sauté them until they soften, filling your kitchen with a delightful aroma.
