Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the Italian sausage in a large pot over medium heat. Stir it around as it browns, and once it’s cooked through, remove it from the pot and set it aside.
  2. In the same pot, toss in the chopped onions, carrots, celery, and minced garlic. Sauté them until they soften, filling your kitchen with a delightful aroma.
  3. Now add the diced potatoes and the chicken broth to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil and let the excitement build!
