- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz noodles (preferably rice or egg noodles)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili paste or sriracha
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a large pan or wok.
- Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and minced garlic to the pan; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and chili paste; stir to combine and coat the chicken and broccoli.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
