- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
- Place a cooling rack on top of the prepared baking sheet and spritz it generously with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the chicken wings to the sauce and coat them thoroughly.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the cooling rack.
- Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Once done, toss the wings with extra sauce before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, ensure they’re dried before coating and use a cooling rack for baking.
